Our Returns Policy
We guarantee the products within our store to be as what they are described. Due to the unique nature, delicateness and sensitivity of most of the items for sale within our store, refunds will not be available, and all sales are final. We provide all/any information regarding a product that is known too us at the time of the listing of that product within our store.
We offer refunds and/or exchanges for those products you purchased from us if they were grossly misrepresented within the listing. We do understand that on occasion mistakes can happen.
A misrepresented product means, if the product described along with the photos we have displayed for that product does not match. What it DOES NOT mean is what the customer thinks the product is. If the customer orders an item(s) from us, and thinks it is something else AFTER reading the product description, and viewing the photos, this DOES NOT warrant a refund/exchange. ALL GRADING, CONDITIONS THAT WE MENTION ON OUR ITEMS IS SUBJECTIVE. WE HAVE BEEN GRADING, APPRAISING, COLLECTING FOR 25 YEARS NOW, AND WE CONTINUALLY USE THIS EXPERIENCE TO FAIRLY GRADE THE CONDITIONS OF ALL ARE ITEMS FOR SALE WITHIN OUR STORE.
If the order you receive from us is incorrect, you must contact brg.customerservice@gmail.com within 5 business days of your order being received to correct the sale and to obtain an RMA# from us prior to any return shipping of products takes place. An exchange will be promptly made, and any return shipping costs will be paid for by BRG AMUSEMENTS, COLLECTABLES & MEMORABILIA.
